健身用哑铃一般是选择可以拆卸的，每片重量不等，可以根据不用的哑铃锻炼方法和哑铃健身阶段自行调节。
1.黑色包胶哑铃的价格一般6-7元/公斤，但不建议使用，包胶哑铃长时间外部包胶层与包胶杆容易断裂，而且挥发有害气体。
2.电镀哑铃的价格一般9-10元/公斤。

一副颜色与材质俱佳的哑铃，看了才有锻炼的欲望，所以选择哑铃首先要称心如意，为了健硕的身体价格倒是其次，毕竟是一次性投入。目前，市面上大多哑铃标重与实重（包括哑铃杆重量）不符，通常正负2公斤是正常的，所以选择购买前要询问店主哑铃实际重量。
