这个  24 fl.oz我查了大概就是700毫升的水
然后用485g的粉兑入700毫升的水真的没问题嘛？
健肌粉有自带的一个舀粉的 特别大...舀3下估计也就是485克乐
我上次用485克冲了700毫升的水  弄了半天也有很多部分溶解不了啊...
这个好奇怪

还有那个serving per container 5是什么意思
是不是每700毫升的水分5次喝 一次就140毫升+97克粉？
